Refund policy

Due to the nature of live animals and fertile hatching eggs, all sales are final.

Hatching Eggs

Hatching eggs are sold as fertile eggs only. While we take great care in selecting, handling, and packaging eggs, we cannot guarantee hatch rates due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incubation methods and equipment

  • Temperature and humidity fluctuations

  • Shipping or handling after pickup

  • Individual incubator settings and experience level

For these reasons, no refunds or replacements are offered for hatching eggs once they leave our care.

Live Chicks

All chicks are carefully inspected prior to pickup and leave our care healthy and active.

  • No refunds or returns once chicks are picked up

  • We are not responsible for losses due to brooder setup, temperature, nutrition, transport, or handling after pickup

  • Chicks are sold unsexed unless otherwise stated

Please ensure you have appropriate housing, heat, and supplies ready before pickup.

Acknowledgement of Risk

By purchasing live chicks or hatching eggs, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the natural risks involved in hatching and raising poultry.

We are always happy to provide guidance and support, but financial responsibility ends at pickup or shipment.
