Welsummer chickens are a hardy, dual-purpose breed best known for their beautifully speckled eggs. They are excellent foragers, adapt well to a variety of climates, and thrive in both homestead and backyard settings. Hens are dependable layers of medium to large eggs with deep color that everyone loves!

***Welsummer is the only autosexing breed we are currently offering which means we can tell sex at hatch. We will fill orders as we receive them and as the hatch allows us (fingers crossed we don’t hatch all roosters).
