Return Policy - Bee Haven Hens Homestead

Live Chicks & Poultry (Local Pickup Only)

Due to the nature of live animals, all sales of chicks and live poultry are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on live birds.

Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that all chicks will be healthy and vigorous at the time of pickup. Please inspect your chicks carefully at pickup. Any concerns must be reported immediately before leaving our Marshall location.

Hatching Eggs (Shipped)

No Refunds or Returns: Due to the delicate nature of hatching eggs and variables beyond our control (shipping handling, incubation conditions, etc.), we cannot guarantee hatch rates and do not offer refunds or returns on hatching eggs.

Damage in Transit: If your hatching eggs arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution.

NPIP Certification

We are a NPIP certified flock with the state of MI. We test our flock annual to ensure the health of our flock.
